Appointment Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Oasis Beauty by Kat! As a small business, your appointments are very important to me. To ensure I can continue providing the best possible service, please take note of the following policy:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may need it.
Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. This helps me cover the time reserved for you.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.
I truly appreciate your understanding and support. Your cooperation allows me to continue running a small business and provide personalized, quality care.
